For some, it means people not even knowing who they are. But time and time again, Netizens acknowledge Dal Shabet when referring to underrated girl groups. Other people define nugu as not having good album/single sales or at least, not being relevant to Korean media when they make a comeback. Again, people vote with their own definition of nugu.
