I first saw it last night on DC Gallery, they are in overwhelming support of it too. Some people think it's too far, I really don't think it is. As far as "further action", it doesn't necessarily mean sue. They can protest anything this MC is a part of in the future, I even saw an organized call to arms to form an anti fandom for the MC in question. If you read the letter, I think this is mainly driven by how they dont want Hongkong to leave bad impression for Seolhyun and AOA, and also korean media and international fans. I feel like Seolhyun herself was a little bit upset with this. She didnt post any picture of her from HKAMF until last night. While before this incident, she spammed quite alot of pics on her IG and weibo. I know that Seolhyun is quite a moody person. But I dont know what she would think if she knows about this demand from the fansites to the MC. But I do think that the fans could do a little less head hunting. I think it is great they want to help Seolhyun but a simple apology from the guy should be enough to let it pass by. No it's not. The main driving point of these fans is their love and obsession with Seolhyun. They felt slighted when the male MC decided to just hug her on such short notice so they want something to be done on Seolhyun's behalf. Why would they care about the image or impression Hong Kong gives off? Their only concern is their idol. That part about Hong Kong and it's "damaged image" is just a load of extra bull they decided to add into the complaint letter to make it sound more reasonable and formal.
