It depends on the deal the consumer has, but it's all very cheap.

On the digital chart:No, downloads are worth more than streams toward the digital aggregate. Whether all downloads are worth the same or not is uncertain. It's possible that a download on bugs is worth more than one on melon, and that downloads of songs with discounts are worth less (although I doubt it).

 

For the streaming/download charts it's supposedly one stream/DL = 1 point. Although to prevent people cheating the system I think they put a limit to the amount of streams that are counted during a specific time period.
