Summary of article (paraphrased, not from fluent speaker so may contain mistakes):

The documents that Krishan's side asked from SM were submitted as evidence, one of them was the 2013 accounting record. They were supposed to balance/be transparent/etc about their accounts every 6 months but SM only did it once a year. The court then asked SM about the income distribution and how 95-97% goes to the company for domestic activities while 60% goes to the company for overseas activities and demanded SM to explain why there's such a huge difference from how much they get and how much the artists get. SM wasn't able to provide an answer. Kris' lawyer then asked the judge if they could set a final trial date and the judge accepted the request. The date hasn't been set yet but there's another hearing on April 8th.

NO WONDER WHY SM DELAYED SUBMITTING THESE DOCUMENTS TO COURT.

SM were asked to submit documents since October of last year and SM kept delaying and said they weren't given enough time. They then kept requesting change of court dates until January this year where they submitted incomplete documents and didn't submit the account balances and income distribution sheets and the judge had to schedule another date which was today.

Now we know why they tried to delay for as long as they could  :hurr:
