That's the problem whenever you injured your ankle. It tends to be injured most of the time and even if you treat it or undergo therapy, there'll be a time that you'll injure it again.

No matter how exhausted he is, performing on stage seems to be the thing Kai loves most in the world along with fried chicken, dogs, and his niece. This must be as devastating for him, especially as it is the last Exolucion concert. I hope he gets better quickly and properly.

 

The thing with ankle injuries is that you can recover fully (unless it is horribly broken or something!) but you need at least two weeks to wait it out and not force the injury.
