As for the crossdressing because it feels good but recently I've been having the though of getting sex change maybe and be a ladyboy. Which the though of that is happing daily unconscious at random time.

If you feel like you are questioning your gender identity and sexuality, feel free to find counsel in the lgbt+ community. You shouldn't worry if you fit into any of the labels at all.
