If the tickets werent selling in Japan, he would have just cancelled the one in Japan...but he cancelled Busan too so Imma need receipts of his tickets not selling. Dok2 and illionaire are popular enough to hold a concert in Busan so I think there is something else going on. They canceled SXSW as well . Not sure whats going on. Koreans take a lot of pride in their rappers and indie stars and put them way above in respect, but people outside of Korea will never fill arenas for them. Never going to happen. Koreans want it to happen, because they have more pride in them, but the rest of the world don't care about the pride of average Koreans. Native music industries have plenty of rappers and indie stars, so they are not paying to listen to them in a language they can't understand.
