ethereal 20,923 Posted March 13, 2016 Share Posted March 13, 2016 so, jype is seriously hoarding a bunch of talented female trainees and adding even more to their collection and the prospective next girl group (debut date most likely planned for 2017-2018) is looking very interesting thus far. 1. Jeon Somi this girl is clearly a given as a member in the next group. i don't think i need to say much. 2. Sixteen leftovers Natty Eunsuh Chaeryung (her sister chaeyeon too) these three are dancers. natty and chaeryeong also have decent stable vocals, which they proved in sixteen. also they;re very cute and match each other well image wise. vids: chaeryeong 3. winners from JYP's open auditions a few weeks ago yejin she's #2 and first sings at 1:47 mashiro she's the one with the ponytail (dance starts at 1:05) they're around the same age as the sixteen girls and would honestly fit right in. a main vocal and another dancer. 4. Lilly M people can say she's going solo all they want, but jyp recently made this statement about her dancing: Click here to view the Tweet and truthfully, she'll be waiting until she's 20 for a solo debut, so i want her to join the next group so she'll be able to see the light of day. jyp solo artists don't really get the best promotion. i mean, look at Baek Ayeon and G.Soul. where are they now?? she'd work in a group tbh, the age is right, and they need a lead vocal! 5. unknown extras the two next to somi. not a lot of info about them. ryujin and sugyeon all these girls are even in the same age range, like, '99- '02. i see you, jype. and there's probably more girls hidden away in the basement. there's about 10 trainee girls contending right now, but i'm hoping for a 5-6 member group tbh....guess we'll have to wait and see what the future holds. hopefully we'll get a more badass style from these girls since it'll probably be a dancer heavy group. Plus it's good to have them debut after Somi is done promoting in the Produce 101 group exactly. they need to capitalize on somi's status asap. you only have one shot to make it big in this industry and it would be stupid for jyp to waist everything she's built up for herself by postponing her group and not giving her any solo activities like cfs or something. Well then put it this way, if JYP can debut Wonder Girls 3 years apart from Miss A, then they should be able to do it with Twice and the next girl group. HyeLim was supposed to debut with miss A, Suzy and Min were last minute additions after HyeLim was transferred to WGs. Based on the youngest ages especially Natty, 2017 will be the earliest that JYPE will debut a new group, but it will be later than April 2017 because it's speculated that Somi will still be in Produce 101's girl group.
