I think she got some nose fillers (this is not the first time) before shooting the MV but since i fillers are non-surgical and last for a couple of months its kind of gone now and her nose is starting to be flat again.

And it might just be fillers and coupled that she lost a lot of weight, the change is greater so people will notice it more because I am sure her nose looks the same as her debut. during her debut their were times her nose was sharper too. IDK if its fillers or angles or whatever but yeah...if its fillers, she must have done them during debut too. nothing different tbh besides her weight loss and new style/makeup.
