I feel like it's probably to raise awareness and understanding of the transgender community. Of course young children won't understand, but if they see it at a young age it's likely they'll be more understanding to it as they get older. I see Jenner when I see that doll, children who see that doll will see Jenner, and people know that is a Jenner doll because of the outfit and style of hair.
