His name is Glutamine, one of Japanese Utaite (cover singer) popular through Japanese video site Nico Nico Douga. His cover are mainly Vocaloid songs. Fripside - Only My Railgun Rolling Girl Humor ver. I remember the outrage when that impersonator streamed and since a ton of fans were denying that incident and not the picture I posted it's making me think that its him. Along with Hanatan are the two utaite I want to see their faces the most. Well, I think that's what I like about listening to utaites. If we like an utaite, we mostly like because of their voice, not their face.
