MyDol was for a permanent Jellyfish group. Like how Sixteen was for a permanent JYP group. This is for a temporary multi agency group and CJ E&M seemed like they had the resources to house the group for their year together.

I suspect it's much cleaner what with the profits for the debut group being split 50% to YMC and the remaining pro-rata to the number of trainees under each agency in the final 11.... I also suspect that we could see more and more temporary inter-agency groups if the Produce 101 model is shown to be successful...

This just means they are giving money to that agency to not make it suspicious, but that group manager and coordis are surely going to be related to CJME

They probably are but I've heard Ailee and Jessi fans (or Jessi herself) complaining about the promotion/marketing done by agency. They've been acquired by Wellmade Yedang/DreamTea (Girl's Day agency) last year so they might have improved since then.
