From what I understand, she applied for but did not get the injunction she sought, but that is but a preliminary hearing, so she has yet to take the stand and her allegations have yet to be tested in court. As to whether she's telling the truth or not, let's be real: none of us know; none of us is in a position to say. Just wait for the trial (assuming there's going to be one). Mainly, how she previously confirmed he had not sexually assaulted/raped her, and I think I read somewhere that she also took a very long time to come forward? Then again, there is that picture the producer took of her passed out and then later deleted, which is also shady. Honestly, if we're going off of these points + other factors, the man could probably not be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt unless new, more damning evidence turns up.
