The one I know it's common for Japanese idol AKB48 and the other 48groups everytime they've done their performances. Correct me if I'm wrong. Al these unknown strangers hands high fiving your favs. Probably out of 100, 10 are sick and have rubbed their nose or cough or sneezed in their hands before the event started. And then you from excitement from seeing your bias forget to put hand sanitizer afterwards and BOOOOOOM! you have Pneumonia EDIT: Same goes for the idols doing the high fives. They get touched by a sick fan and not only do the rest of the other fans get sick, but your idol ALSO may get sick if he or she forgets to clean their hands afterwards!
