I feel like once they cut the votes down to 1 vote 1 person then Nayoung from Jellyfish, 4/5 girls from Pledis, and everyone from Fantagio who isn't Yooujung or the tall girl will drop a lot in their rankings. Not because they are not good but because a lot of the votes they are getting right now are from company stans, due to association with another girl, or because they have a lot of general supporters but they don't have a lot of die hard supporters who are pooling in all their votes for only them.

 

Not trying to be mean, most of my faves are most likely going to get cut this round and I'm also a Pledis company stan, but reality is harsh

This is especially true for Nayoung. The fact that she gets little to no screentime and places in the top five even though she had no prior exposure like the DIA members, Baby Kara and Somi. It really is a true testament to Sejeong's impact.

Yeah I can see that happening to Pledis and Fantigo but I don't think Mina will drop as much. Everyone else for sure will.

That's the thing, this 1 vote 1 person will probably bring a big change to the top 11 which is probs what MNet wants since it'll keep the show interesting. Those girls you listed are basically guaranteed to make the group so now its going to be a huge battle for the girls who are ranked in the top 20/25 since they all have a better chance of making it now that individuals with huge fandoms won't have their fans voting for everyone in their company (Sejeong and Mina fans voting for Nayoung, Pledis stans voting for all 7 girls, etc). In the end this group will have 11 members and you only listed 6 so 5 other girls are going to get in one way or another. IMO the tall girl from Fantagio, Nayoung from Pledis, and either Sira/YeunJeong/Juna are going to make it as well. Maybe the girl from HK since she seems to have a decent amount of fans.

I don't think Pinky and Mina (or even Doyeon, Chaeyeon ) will suffer much from the new voting system since they have quite strong individual fandom. But Jellyfish Nayoung is probably will

Is this predict for final rank on this round or next final rank? Well this round I guess Sejeong still #1 thats 100k is huge and somi unlikely to win dance battle, anyone who won rap battle will straight into top 11th. If we saw prev rank 1-5 is so huge gap 6-9 is another group and then >10 they had quite thight gap. So this week maybe we still had same 1-5 rank but 6-11 will get so much different than last week. Some dance/rap line will bounce to the top while vocal line lost their hype after last week.

For next round with new voting system this will be completely popularity contest sadly. But no more strategical voting again or some shady shit just to bring down the other, their on their own even if they in some agency. I still didnt get point they made 5 group of 7 With each one handle by one producers. I will flip up the table if they doing live audience voting again and give free 100k, how can they stand out in between their groupmate or even with other trainees. With 7 member group atleast there is 1-2 trainess will only get 1 line each which is game over for them. It still accepting if this happen in final 15th because the competition is not that crowd, much better if they give task to each top 15 to create their own GG from the elimanated trainees, create their own gg and compete each other as leader. Show who is gonna bring the best stages.
