I've noticed that even if those start out 'actiony' they still end up being largely dominated by melodramatic romance plots by the end of it. Plus is not like men aren't going to watch dramas because it's 'geared' towards women (love, romance, etc) I know many guys the like that kinda stuff, as well as I know women that love bloody, violent video games.
