Which is bigger? Has more student involvment?

I am from Hong Kong and study in City University in HK

 

For ranking(QS), UST is  slightly higher than HKU

However,most of the HK people regard HKU as the most prestigious university in HK

 

HKU is bigger than UST

More student involvement
