All other SM boys groups had a point in their careers where they had unbeatable physical sales and also had a hit digital period with a viral song and defining song TVXQ- MiroticSJ- Sorry SorryEXO- Growlhowever when asked about Shinee's moment, no one can mention one song for shinee, they always mention several underperforming songs. There was never also a time when they were the best physical selling boygroup in kpop. So that is the reason why no one mentions them when mentioning top groups.Also their peak period has passed with Exo taking half of their fanbase. And now with NCT debuting, it will be difficult for Shinee to improve. If they continue on this path, they run the risk of going down in history as the least performing SM boygroup? Plus ring ding dong and lucifer exist, so they have hits. View was also one of the most downloaded boy band title tracks last year & it had pretty high youtube views.
