^ which makes me all the more confused bc it's a M370 apparently so ?????

Yes that is strange.  You also do have dx11. Although 11.1 is windows 8 I think. You could try reinstalling directx. Have you installed all available DLC or updates for the game? Also you could run the game icon in compatibility mode, right click...properties.  You could also update your windows.

Run it in Windows Xp mode

I verified there are no updates available, I tried doing that compatibility thing as well and it gave me the same result ><

By updating my windows do you mean getting windows 10 or something?

Updating to Windows 10 would be the last option as it takes incredibly long and might not resolve the issue.  If your windows 7 is fully updated, theres not much wrong with Windows itself.  I would think its a bug with the game itself,I would contact EA, they pretty good with remote support.

I guess I'm happy so there's nothing wrong with my pc

I will! Thank you  :ahmagah:

You suggested Mcafee? That's literally a virus by definition.

prove it, I understand that not all anti virus catchest malware, so you need malwarebytes, but if you have McAfee subscription, and follow my advice as mentioned in a 1 page long solution I postead earlier, You wont ever see viruses. And its free. You gotta be smart too rather than just relying on anti virus.

If you need third party programs to uninstall Mcafee, then it's a virus.

so wait

now you cant make guest accounts without a password or without connecting it on email on windows 8

hows it like on windows 10?

Guest accounts are a security risk and is not recommended.

I'm successfully installed Win 10 Pro without entering any email/microsoft account Maybe I'm missing something?
Yes I know in Win 8.1 we need to use microsoft account to logon

You don't need any credentials to install upgrade OS. There are two ways of logging in, using a Microsoft account or using a local account on the PC itself, this is with windows 8 and 10. Not sure about your question tho. Don't think you missing anything.

I bought my new laptop around a month ago and it's Windows 8.1. The thing is for my laptop, the Microsoft Office 2013 isnt activated yet. Instead my laptop have Kingsoft to kinda(?) replace Microsoft Office. When I tried to activate it Microsoft Office 2013, it pop up with 3 options : Try, Buy, Activate.

Unfortunately, the product key isn't written at the back of the laptop like that of Windows 7. And thus, I'm stuck right now

I know Kingsoft isn't that bad but I prefer the usual Microsoft Office.

Any help is appreciated and thanks ^^

This thread looks dead but I guess I'll try asking here,

I bought some bluetooth headphones and for some reason even though they are paired with my laptop they won't work wirelessly.

They work with other devices, but not my pc.

I tried going under sound and enabling them, but they don't appear on the list even when I say to show disabled devices.

I have also already uninstalled and reinstalled them but it doesn't work.

They do show up in my printer and other devices panel.

I am running windows 10.

Edit: I fixed it nvm

Can anyone help me? My last laptop lasted for 3 years. It started freezing and kept shutting down. Eventually, it stopped turning back on. So, I got a new one about a month ago. Now, it's freezing just like my last laptop and I have no clue why. It freezes whenever I log in, and there's no way to "un-freeze" it. I have to click the power button just to turn it off and restart it. It won't do anything. Even when I system restored and reset it, it's still freezing. Any advice before I take it to try and get it fixed? I'm thinking it's a problem with the disk?

How long have you had your new laptop for? Few months or just few weeks? If it's weeks, it could be a faulty?

Check these things when you power your laptop on;

HDD light which if it flashes it just means it might be loading your things

Any overheating issues? Could be your fans not working properly.

Can you boot into safe mode (pressing f8 multiple times when you boot up your laptop)? Or does it always freeze up there as well?

From your safe mode, open device manager start>control panel>device manager>

on the left side there a lot of tiny triangles click all of them and see if you have red or yellow flags on anything and if there's anything make a note of it

Furthermore when your on safe mode, hold shift, tab and escape to promp your task manager up from there go onto the start up tab and see if there's anythig suspcious or running which might be using too much of your memory.

I need another album by Yenny but WG coming back so :rlytearpls:
