I saw this place at exo's showtime (pls correct me if i'm wrong) Its Gwanghwamun Square and prob the biggest modern tourist attraction in Seoul. It was built less than ten years ago. The statue here is King Sejung, but the opposite side also has a famous statue you have prob seen in dramas/variety/mv thats a statue of Admiral Yi Sun Sin in front of a water feature that shoots columns of water.
