Pokemon was literally my childhood This makes me feel old af (which I am OTL)

I only played Kanto, Johto and Hoenn region games. I preferred the anime and collecting the merchandise lol.

 

Although, I remember feeling so proud of myself as a nine year old, getting my certificate after "catching 'em all" in Pokemon Blue

It's close between Kanto and Johto but I'll go with Johto! My friend and I used to play Pokemon Crystal for hours, sitting in silence and looking up the hard parts in her game guide lol. Plus it's the only game where you can go to two regions so double the fun.

when i was 8 i had pokemon everything, the bedsheets, the stickerbooks, the alarm clock, literally everything. if i had the chance to go back in time to when i was 8.. i would. it was everything to me.

Hoenn literally has the coolest pokemon, Sinnoh in a close second. I love just about every gen besides 5. Black and White were eh. So excited for Sun and Moon later this year!

Hoenn! That was the high point of pokemon for me. I remember waking up early in the morning just to play the ruby version I just got on my gameboy advance. First pokemon game I had was blue on my gameboy color. Expect me to be some senior playing pokemon 2060 or whatever in the future!
