When you die, you simply cease to exist as an entity. There is no sense of self and you are no longer you. There is no you, you don't exist. All that's left of you is photos and memories. You die. You won't even knwo you're dead. There is no sense of past present or future. Think of it like dreamless sleep. One minute you're falling asleep and the next minute you're waking up. You remember nothing in between, it doesn't even feel like time has gone by. Death is a lot like that in between time of falling asleep and waking up where you remember nothing. I'm not afraid of the afterlife bc i probably wont remember. But the likeliness of dying a natural death seems to become lower as time continues and that scares me. Joon 8,222 Posted February 27, 2016 Share Posted February 27, 2016 No. I kinda fear the process of dying, like I don't want it to be long and drawn out....but what I fear most is dying before I get to accomplish some of my biggest goals in life....I want to experience all I can before I die. But death is...well for me who has no religious beliefs, it's peaceful. It's the end. You simply cease to be. That's not scary to me, I find it comforting.
