That is alot for unofficial fanclub and it is for Taiwanese fans community. Facebook is the most popular SNS in Taiwan, and fan community is pretty active there too, and Tzuyu actually has more followers for her fanclub page that run by fans than some Taiwanese top stars fanclub page and alot of posts has up to 9k-10k Likes showing her dedicated Taiwanese fanbase.
