It's based on the averages found per country, not all asian men have small penises, but on average they're smaller. This is not me being bias, but what I found on the internet after searching for the statistics. I don't care though, Jungkooks dick could be 2cm and I'd still suck the fuck out of it.

Because asian men are feminized and otherized as not being 'real men' due to racism (which all dates to westerners feeling threatened by increasing east asian immigration and in order to also justify western efforts at imperialism in those countries in the late 19th century). Same reason people come up with the ideas that asians can't see out of their eyes or that asian women have sideways vaginas. So, when you talk about asian men having small penises, etc., consider the legacy you're participating in.

In America it started with the influx of Chinese/various Asian immigrants to the west coast. White men viewed Asians the way many of them view Latinos/Mexicans today - with a racist fear that they are "taking our jobs" except back then there was the added fear that the Asian man would also take the white man's women. So white men began spreading the lie that Asian men had small penises and were not good sexual partners to combat that.
