Hi, everyone!

It's my first time posting on this thread and it's also my first time posting at 1H after a really, really long time (I had to backtrack Sunny's thread for me to remember my account ).

I just started stanning Jihyo this year, it was so sudden I can't remember how and when exactly it started. I even went to the Running Man Fanmeeting in Bangkok last March just to see the goddess, though I'm from another country.

Anyway, I was having a hard time looking for her HQ photos so I decided to dig my long-forgotten account here. I just finished browsing this whole thread and some pics don't open anymore. HALP! I NEED MORE JIHYO IN MAH LIFE.

Yes, I did. I thought Running Man was ending so I had to get tickets and book my flights immediately. [emoji28]

I was seated on the 6th row and middle from the stage and had a good glimpse of the goddess Song Jihyo. And VIP ticket holders had a hi-touch event so I was able to shake her hand. It was supposed to be just a high five but she did hold my hand for few seconds while smiling. I told her to go to my country and she was surprised a bit that I came all the way there to see her. LOL. She has a captivating smile! The most gorgeous smile I ever saw in my entire life I'm not even kidding.

Also, I could see the skin-tone patch on her recent nose injury. [emoji26]

No words can explain how beautiful Song Jihyo is, really. Any words that is synonymous to "beautiful" is an understatement. Perfect face, flawless, milky-white skin, model-like body, she's just perfect.

I was also going to Malaysia FM on the 22nd but I had to cancel coz an important appointment came up at work. [emoji31]

OMG, you have no idea how jealous I am!

I really want to see her but I don't think she will ever come to my country. You even get to hold her hand. You know Korean?

Wow...! She just gets prettier and prettier everyday.

Even though I see her every week, I still miss her. I was a bit bitter that she had very little screen time on the latest episode of RM.

Well, my song song couple is now REALLY WRECKED!!! haha! Wrecked, burned and sunken! haha...

Song Joongki and Hye Gyo will get married. It's confirmed. Ofc, you guys already heard. Hehe....

Him falling in love with a great woman who is older than him makes me remember the old times of my songsong couple. If the odds were with me, they could have been the ones getting married this year. He could have courted Jihyo too based on what we saw in him in RM and they personalities. If they were paired in a drama, Jihyo could have developed some feelings for him. Too bad my luck as a fan is as tough as Kwangsoo's HAHA! I always end up in a heartache. HAHA!

Songsong fans are so lucky! Songsong and songsong couple are happy so I am too.

I remember an interview around 4 or 5 few years ago when she said that she felt the need to take a backseat whenever they have female guests on RM but she's totally OK with it. Song Ji Hyo is always so thoughtful, she don't mind being on the spotlight. I understand that she's not a guest but still

I have watched DOTS and like the chemistry between Hye Kyo and Joong Ki. I'm not a huge shipper but I'm happy for them and their fans too. I know that happy feeling seeing your OTP gets real . They truly hit the world from drama to real life

Yea, I could imagine the amount of hate JiHyo would get in case she gets paired with JoongKi. Remember when JoongKi was still a regular RM member, JiHyo x JoongKi used to be a potential loveline among the members but due to the amount of hate, they later evolved into a siblings relationship. It would be a hit or miss if in case they paired up in drama. I feel Ji Hyo x Joong Ki pairing won't gonna happen anytime soon though lol but I am expecting to see them to paired up together still

Yes, I saw that interview too. She has that kind of a heart and she also doesn't like to get the spotlight...but setting her aside is just too much. heck, I won't even be watching RM anymore if she isn't in there. No matter how much I love YJS and the others, she's still the only reason why I still stick to it.

Also, her giving way to the female guests feels like not real anymore. We all know how good she is as a runningman member. Seeing her hold back lessens the rawness of the show to me. I'd much rather prefer she show her true self.

But of course I have to accept what's happening. Not like I have any control to this.

tbh, I watched DOTS and finished it just so I could finish it. Waiting for a build-up in the story but I couldn't find one. I take war stories seriously and I didn't like the idea of adding romcom in a war story. This is just me tho, I always am with the unpopular opinion. I didn't like DOTS. War stories is about life and death not cute romance and comedy. Real people actually dies and suffers an war irl. I was even offended while watching it. What I saw in DOTS was like superheroic, rescuing the damsel in distress type on the main characters then making jokes and miraculously coming back from the dead. Not my cup of tea. I would change my mind tho if they really died towards the end. HAHA! But ofc, Korean dramas would not allow that. I'm just being difficult. And I also understand why many people liked it.

I also didn't find the chemistry. There was. Yes...but probably because I saw RM songsong first that I knew there could have been more chemistry if Jihyo was the one casted. The whole time I was watching it, Jihyo's face kept popping out in my head and somehow I see her face instead of Hye Gyo. Idk how that happens. Maybe because I am an artist that my brain is capable of doing that.

On the other hand, Kim Jiwon and Jingoo's relationship was the pair that I anticipated more in that series. Their story was more fitting and had more chemistry with a deeper sense to their love story. My favorite part was when she really waited and really believed that he will return to her and had faith. She was a strong woman! That's the female lead that I want.

Anyway, all is well. It's only now that I saw the candid dispatch Songsong pictures that I can see the chemistry in them. I saw it and I was like "That's what I was looking for in DOTS!" and I smile. I'm happy for the two as well tho I'm not a shipper.

I find her style in Rm nowadays very pretty tho. I just really hate it that her screentime in the latest episode was so little. I hope she gets more tomorrow.

for me she's the type of person who shines even when they're not up front in the spotlight or maybe because i'm just biased towards her lol. Despite being the only female member and rigorous challenges in RM, she doesn't lag behind her male counterparts. I admire celebrities showing their true self. Ji Hyo is not afraid to show a messy image of herself in the public lol. I like the fact that she can win with her smart and strength without having to use aegyo or prettiness.

As for DOTS, yes i totally agree that the second lead pair had felt much more solid in terms of acting and overall chemistry. Hye Kyo and Joong Ki have a good chemistry, but not great (?), I don't know how to elaborate much, I think they look good together visually than the chemistry is selling at this point.

The story did not complete me engaged. I watched it out of curiosity to see why people liked the drama so much. The story was OK but the story between the two leads didn't capture much of my interest. I enjoyed the character adventures and the soldiers camaraderie more than the main OTP story.

I think because she's our bias that she lits up wherever she stands. HAHA! Ummm... My big sister who is my lifetime living troll. Idk if we have different tastes because we have different personalities but I know she is annoying me on purpose. lol. It's nothing serious tho. It's just that, she's really annoying!!! haha!

She asked to watched on my PC earlier and she opened some clips of RM. HAHA! I know her reactions and I know so well that she is trying to resist talking good about Jihyo. Lmaoooo... She always tell me Jihyo looks old bla bla bla.....in RM, Jihyo just shines! Her most natural make-up or bare face even is her prettiest imo so I was laughing inside that she couldn't make any snide comments earlier because Jihyo in that clip was cute, cool and pretty at the same time.

She loves DOTS btw so ...ughhhh.... You can't imagine my level of patience everytime she talks about her song song. because I have to keep my cool, it was exhausting. HAHA! She's really a real life troll who came out from the internet. HAHA! Good thing Jihyo is so shippable and so I got that as an excuse that I wasn't affected about the news. I know she knows I am. HAHA! Bickering sisters.

yep, i fully understand about the second lead pair. No need to explain anymore. I was just note really a fan of it. Especially, when I learned that the screen writer is the same person who wrote my all-time favorite drama "Secret Garden". I've been waiting for another drama that could surpass that one but none ever has. I like Coffee Prince and Man From The Stars tho....

DOTS is just way behind for me. I haven't seen Goblin yet. I don't have time but I am looking forward to see it! Same with Strong Woman and Weightlifting Fairy.

I hope Jihyo gets another role that is paired with Dong Wook. I love their friendship and I want to see it on a lighter story this time and not historical. Same with Insung...tho I'm asking for too much, I think. :(

Haha!! my older sibling has annoying tendencies too...he's annoying in a different way... it would've been significantly less fun without him being annoying though...i felt that sometimes haha...the good thing is we have same taste in many things..he's also a RM fan btw and actually more up to date on watching every episodes than me haha...

I haven't seen those dramas yet and I don't have time to watch too...I'm looking forward to see Weightlifting Fairy the most...my friends turned into diabetes patients because of Swag couple's sweetness on that drama... ...

JiWook would be heavenly. Yes, she seems to give off that vibe. Somin, the new girl member of RM, she always hugs Jihyo especially during her silly times and betraying times. I somehow fells envious seeing her do that because "unnie" but I'm glad Jihyo has someone who is a girl to be with in RM. She seems to quite like it.

Jihyo will be better next time, I'm sure of it. She seems to be a person who practices until perfection. Her in Beauty View was probably the least she wanted to learn because girly and make-up but she did so and improved towards the end.

I know right haha..i hope to find some time watching Kdramas again especially Song Ji Hyo's, I'm flopping when in comes to kdramas she's been in lol..

I don't know much about Somin as i don't follow each and every episode of RM recently...but in my own opinion about her, Ji Hyo and Somin are hardly similar in terms of personality... Ji Hyo is usually more on the shy side whereas Somin is quirky and less guarded...Somin does reminds me of Kwang Soo, she's like a female version betraying the members lol...she's quite funny and easy going too..I'm feeling great because it seems Ji Hyo and Somin are close, they could make a perfect duo ...i think Ji Hyo would be able to show her girly side because Somin is around the show...

I quite understand Japanese but I have no idea if Japan does made articles about her and i don't know the useful sites other than twitter...

I haven't seen the historical ones too...yes, Ex-girlfriend club was so enjoyable to watch...it's such a sweet drama from start to finish...Song Ji Hyo and Byun Yo Han make a really cute couple ... i loved the interaction between the ex-girlfriends...there were conflicts initially but it was nice to see the developing friendship between them along the way... I absolutely love Ji Hyo, she plays the character well

I remember starting off with Ex-girlfriend Club because I like both Jihyo and Lee Yoonji.... but when it ended, I loved all of the characters.

I would never forget the #FFFFFF part. That was really one of my favorites. Too cute!

My other favorite was when Yohan told the others about their "first kiss" that didn't really happen. It was bittersweet.

I really really like how Jihyo chooses her roles.

Also, Jihyo changed her name from Cheon Sung-im to Cheon Soo-Yeon, right? I just realized that her name in My Wife is Having An Affair This Week was Jung Soo-Yeon. I was wondering whether she took the name from there? She seems like one of the few actresses who become too attached and really care about the role they portray. Just my thoughts tho.

Running Man IG

I see she's having this tomboy attire in RM lately. Maybe that's what she's most comfortable with. I'm an f(x) meu so I'm used to a beautiful lady wearing tomboyish attire because of Amber. I also like seeing her not too dolled up all the time. I find it more real...

I think I've missed the nametag ripping and all but she and sparta kook was amazing(a bit scary but cool) in the name tag ripping. Glad that they returned it. I REALLY LIKE how it was done in the latest episode. It was upgraded and more thrilling for me. Tho I hope they don't get injured or anything. Jihyo seriously could run! She destroyed(exaggerated) the new member with her skills. Tho she is a bit quiet lately...I figured she would move if given the chance. What I don't like about the new PD is that he always set her aside.

There are episodes that could have been more interesting if Jihyo was given a role rather than an ordinary member.

Now that there is another girl in the show, it is quite easy to see that she is more of the quiet, shy-type girl but you don't want to mess with because you're dead. Sort of like that. HAHA!

Song Ji Hyo looks amazing even in plain close and no makeup, but i really wish she wuld dress more up on RM, like she usually is dressed up outside RM

I'm always looking forward to her and seeing her in the tomboyish outfit is quite refreshing. I really like it that she's a raw and real human being more than the actress that she is... Especially, in Running Man where you have to be physically and mentally ready all the time...but you are also right. I also want to see her dress up because... She really looks amazing in everything. I'm not saying only because of her looks but because of her aura and personality. She really stands out for me no matter how many girls are around her.

The editing of RM's latest episode 360 confirms once again the RM new production team are very biased rude and stupid, they edited out and cut alot of scenes between Song JI Hyo and her brother, scenes many viewers were looking forward to like crazy!

It hurts seeing Jihyo's parts being put in the previews to attract viewers but disappoints me whenever the actual show is being aired. It's happened multiple times now. Tho I am trying to understand it as well that it's not Song Jihyo's Running Man or something. And that this is a variety show, you have to be funny in order to have more screentime. I guess, their parts weren't funny enough to be included.

The episode was hilarious too but I can't help feeling a bit down that I can't see more of Sung Moon because he is not very talkative. I see a lot of resemblance with the two. Jihyo has been less talkative as well nowadays but unlike before, Running Man has been funnier. I get bored when there's less Jihyo airtime and lacklucter games like the ones that this new PD has been directing. Now they've improved the format. Thank God! Now all I have to wait is for Jihyo to step up again.... Maybe, being quieter is her new role for the new members to shine and assist them in adapting. I'm okay with that too because we know what will happen to Somin and Sechan if ever she (or the other members) goes back to her old role. Tho I really miss gangster Jihyo so bad! I'll have to wait a bit longer..... Also, she gets to rest a bit. As long as she's happy with what she's doing I'm okay with it. And she seems happy too I love seeing her laugh a lot.

The next episode is games! games! GAMES! That's where she's best at! So we'll see how little brother's going to do as well.... He's very shy, but I know he's athletic so hopefully, they win something.

Hmm.. at some point I like it to be short because I don't like the male lead and because of RM. I don't want her to be too exhausted.... though, I would want her to have like a long drama if she's paired with an A-list actor who would contribute more to her popularity and acting abilities. *coughs* Lee Dong Wook *coughs* *coughs* Gong Yoo *coughs*

But like what I said I will still support it. I trust Jihyo's judgement when it comes to her works. I'm just a bit worried that she will remain into doing this projects and get paired with not an A-list actor and pushed aside. She needs more exposure, we all know she can act well.

well.... unless that non A-lister actor is a certain guy named Nichkhun, I won't have any complaints... I heard he just debuted in a Korean drama. I also find him cute beside his noona. *delulu mode*
