i think some Kpop fans have a double standard towards girl groups

I mean there are some Kpop fans who bash girl groups and call them boring and unoriginal because majority of them either do the cute, innocent, or sexy concepts (even though with girl groups doing these concepts, they can still stand out and differ from one another, although some want to ignore that fact)

 

But I seen majority of them doing the badboy/hip hop, cool, or boyfriend concepts. And there have been little to no complaints towards male groups for doing those concepts despite doing them just as many times as girl groups do their concepts.

 

I don't really think a concept being overused is a bad thing no matter what it is, but yeah I just find it funny how some Kpop fans only get on girl groups for doing concepts that majority of them do bug don't get on guy groups for it.

I can't agree with you here, Sana.

 

Boy groups get bashed for being try hard all the time. That or they're bashed for having no public appeal outside of maybe three or four groups.

they are so many girl groups that its hard to not reuse a concept tbh.

 

but one thing i dont do is i never set myself to an expectation. Lets say I hear a group is having a comeback I don't really think about it till the day of the MV release... (super off topic)
