She was utterly confused at because people kept pointing out the location of the toilet paper in the computer (Knetz probably), She was reading the comments and maybe a lot of netz were asking for the Toilet papers. You can see her utterly confused and said that the netz were talking about the location of the toiler paper. Hence, she pointed it out to know whats the deal with it or whats something special with it.
