Do you think that haters expectations for comebacks/debuts are higher then fans?

Because it definitely seems to be that way based off how I see things.

With Twice and Ikon for example, many fans were hyped for their debut. And there would be haters making their unpleasant and rude comments towards them spreading negativity. When both debuted, just because the haters weren't slayed by their debuts and just because they weren't getting all kills on charts or millions of views within an hour, they were so eager to call them flops (even though they actually did good at the time, and later on did a lot better to the point where they had more receipts proving they weren't flops).

From what I see for groups pre-debut and for comebacks, haters do seem o have higher expectations then fans.

No because a lot of those fans were overhyping their favs anyways expecting them to be the new snsd/bb and then went quiet when it didn't happen.

not even the old snsd/bb would have lived up to the expectations fans and mostly haters set. notice how everyone having a hayday about twice flopping suddenly quieted down after LOA rocketed up the charts or when MT hit melon roof several times? twice and ikon have already accomplished so much for groups only 3-5~ months in and they arent stopping.

Its because Kpop got more popular. It draws attention even from non-fans. Haters have no interest in good result. They want bad results. So of course, Haters (Non-fans) dont judge fairly. They dont judge at all. They just try to make it look bad to ruin it. When the CB fails... the haters are happy.

BTW i also notice that fans from other groups (rivals) comment and try to ruin it. (since they are rivals). Its pathetic, really.

Yes, and some of them don't want to admit or realize yet because said idols keep screaming on stage instead of singing.

No, but hater have high expectations the song too flop and will take any possibility. The song might be in top 5, hater will say it's flop its not 1. Not coz of expectations but coz they are blind, hate the group, want their fave be on top and want drama and bash.

pretty much what you said in bolded is all I care about and I agree. I'm just saying (to op not you) that it's not only haters who had high expectations
