Female pres or not China ranks 69 Vietnam ranks 73 Phillipines ranks 5 Countries with less developed economies and with less overall education rank higher than South Korea and Japan. The report shows the countries in relation to another rather than the face value since that is pretty hard to measure on broad quantitative values.
