But again If you manage to get into debt with the amount of album sales, opportunities and resources he has, not to mention his whore wife’s family’s money, you definitely aren’t a genius. Considering he's in debt I'm not really surprised considering the typical stereotype African American have here in America when they become rich and go bankrupt within a few years. He said personal debt, meaning his own money that he put into his own projects(music, tours, and fashion). Basically he's saying that he's spent 53 million recently and can't spend that much more on his new stuff.
