im honestly happy that even though the training system over in Hong Kong is kinda "wtf" that she debuted and was just a singer that she really isn't that bad. She lives up the being called a singer so thats good I love her a lot hopefully she can make it into the group.

Yeah honestly speaking on Korea n Japan has a trainee system. some cpop, tpop, vpop and ipop groups do that now but it's still not that common in the rest of Asia/the world

 

That is why in Hong Kong for example, singers debuting may not necessary have the best skills already, they tend to have star factor (which was why companies' sign them) and people slowly watch the artists improve

 

Hopefully SHIN makes it here because she will finally get that Korean training to unleash her full potential
