I am not yet done listening to the whole album but I can already tell this album's gonna be a grower. I enjoyed most songs so far but the first half is really...out there. I need more listens to properly digest it.

Beats are incredible for the most part but the lyrics could be a lot better. Also considering the length of most tracks, it feels like there are too many skits. I might delete them later.

4.8/5.. im happy with the diverse direction that this album took

but it doesn't feel cohesive as a whole but its brilliant if you divide it into parts................

the lyrics are 3/5 because he could've tackled a broader and deeper spectrum of topics besides himself and his life

..His twitter rants and the ever changing title/tracklist really revealed how convoluted his creative process is but im glad that he gave us a lot of new music to enjoy. This makes me more excited to see him on tour in the summer.

standouts: 1-13+ FADE

notes: i added all day in between 7 and 8 and im still hoping that he'll release i feel like that

Not gonna rate cause I only listened once and I was high as balls.

ULB: Amazing. Felt like I was back at church if I was black. Best Chance verse I've heard.

FSMH1: Beautiful. Cudi sounded like old Cudi. I died when the bleached ***hole part came up.

FSMH2: So damn sick. Kanye does Atlanta better than most Atlanta rappers.

Famous: Rihanna is so great on this. 2nd part sounded cool at first, but got boring.

Feedback: Gritty Yeezus Ye. Not my personal favorite style, but this song bumps. Beat is sick.

Low Lights: Pretty much an interlude. But when that bass kicked in.........

Highlights: Thugger kills it. Really interesting features that don't seem to mesh well, but still sounded great.

Freestyle 4: Kinda killed the mellow mood I was in after listening to Thugger. Didn't like it that much.

I Love Kanye: Pure Gold

Waves: Amazing. So glad Chance did his thing and convinced Ye to put this back on the album.

FML: Might be one my favorite Kanye tracks. Beat is so good, Weeknd kills another feature, and outro is sickkkk.

Real Friends: Heard this way before, but still a great song. Ty Dolla Sign impressed me.

Wolves: Arghh. He took Sia and the drums out.... Didn't really like Vic's verse anyways so idc about that. Kanye should've just left his verse out. Could've been an all-time great Kanye song.

30 Hours: I love this song. Beat is so sick. Don't really like that whole part at the end though.

No More Parties in LA: Madlib did great on the beat. Kendrick's verse was alright. Kanye went in though.

Facts: Didn't like the new beat, but didn't like the old one either. I would've left this off the album.

Fade: Bruhhh. I almost blacked out when Post Malone hit that note. Great way to end the album.

Overall: Great album. Pure perfection at some(most) points and just meh at others. Also, freakin amazing features. Mike Dean did a shit job though. There were a few parts that sounded that a bit off.

Seems like Kanye is gonna change some things before officially releasing it next week. Fixing Wolves? Re-adding Sia and Vic Mensa on top of Frank Ocean? HYPE AF. TLOP is already good imo but you can tell it was rushed. It could benefit hugely from polishing.

Apparently the Tidal version isn't the full album.

Yep, people who bought it off tidal got emails saying that the version available for streaming is just a partial version. Full album released with physicals (and new cover + possible additional tracks) within a week or so.

Really think he's using the Wolves thing as an excuse to perfect the whole album. I'm all for it, can't wait.

I'm super excited for the new Wolves. He should keep his verse on it since it really ties into the whole Paul the Apostle concept. But he needs to put Sia back on and keep Vic off.

The only part of his verse I don't like is the swallowing bit lmao, otherwise it's good. I love the end where he says cover Nori/Saint in lambs wool. Wolves would be 11/10 if he gets it right tbh.
