SO MY ASIAN ART HISTORY TEACHER JUST SHOWED US THIS KOREAN MOVIE CALLED "WOOCHI"~ 


 


AND IT WAS POWERFUL AF!!  :la: 


 


So the movie starts like 500 years before the present~ And it's all about Taoism, right?~


 


So we got ya boy Jun Woochi (which Wikipedia said is Jeon Woochi so my teacher's Netflix subs and Wiki got a bit of a situation there) who is roaming the lands to defeat the evil monsters!!~


 


And Woochi can do it because he is a TAO MASTER!!!

WELL ACCORDING TO HOMEBOY HE IS THE ONE WHO GOVERNS THE WIND!!

So to beat all the monsters, Woochi went on a quest which involved finding some widow, a bronze sword, and a mirror so that he could become a Tao Master!!


 


But in order to beat the demons, he needed to find one more weapon, which was split in half between his own Master and Master Hwadam~


 


AND WHAT IS THIS WEAPON, YOU ASK?!

SO IN A QUEST AND BATTLE OF EPIC PROPORTIONS, WOOCHI HAS TO GO THROUGH CURRENT DAY KOREA TO GET THE WEAPONS, BEAT HWADAM, AND GET THE CHICK WITH HIS POWERS AS... 


 


A TAO MASTER!!!!!!

your description is so hype i hate to read the rest of the comments before i realized this was a real movie.

 

IDK if that's a compliment but is is a real movie and awesome!!  :la:

 

Kang Dong Won was sooooooo much fun in that movie!also Kim Yun Seok was cool..still sad he wasn't the one to make the drama version even if i love Cha Tae Hyun,Woochi was Kang Dong Won :rlytearpls:

 

I loved his character so much~  :ahmagah: Kang Dong Won was great~

u should watch if u have time Temptation of Wolfs,that's a korean classic,that movie made KDW a star,Maundy Thursday it's after a book,it's drama genre,quite strong actually,Too Beautiful to Lie a romantic comedy(also oldie),Kundo from 2014 were he is a baddie  :ohpressor:

Add Hunters(2010) as well,how could i forget about it,he's a baddie here as well and is action/fantasy as he has powers so maybe you'll watch this if u like stuff like that :hurr:
