Any topaz denoise and clear, the same problem occurs with both tho

So I installed everything and did everything right,I put my video into import into layers and all that is needed for gif, when you open topaz, you see some kind of window saying if you want to get back to photoshop click ok or cancel and then you get into your topaz program

The problem is,when I try to play my gif or save the gif I put my topaz settings on,a lot of windows start spamming my photoshop, the same ones from the beggining and when I try to save it for the web,it just crashes and it says report to topaz labs? Idk what I am doing wrong since I followed all the instructions, someone said to render the video and try again but it still failed..Idk,is it to my pc,my photoshop,I seriously have no idea what could cause the problem :/ and I use cs5 extended

basically you're trying to use topaz clean on gifs? in that case, either you have to select every frame manually OR use the timeline thing people do to sharpen/clarify gifs at once

You mean the select all frames, convert to timeline and into smart object so that all layers are kinda in one? I did that too,but the same thing pooped out,but I didn't try the first option

the first one will take really long tho :/ I've never experienced that

maybe to make it faster, make an action and just do that on each frame?
