So much stuff is on sale. Fallout 4 is $10 off. Tempted to pick it up for the PC even though I have it for the PS4.

1 game is even free. But it has extremely negative reviews so take that for what you will?

Just picked up Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons for fucking $1.50 90% OFFFFFF :ahmagah:

I'm thinking of picking up a few games. But my backlog is already so huge.  :rlytearpls: What to do?

 

I might finally pick up The Witcher 3, I'm not sure.

 

I just got this freaking murder mystery game called The Deed where you have to kill your sister and frame someone in the house. It's a bit creepy lol but it's interesting and only 50 cent. Also Portal 1 is like $2 so I'll probably end up getting it too.

That sounds interesting. I'll have to look it up.

 

I just saw that episodes 2-5 of Life Is Strange are only around £8, and I played the first episode, so I think I'll definitely get that at least.

this is the first time i know steam (i played on console before) and when i checked on their site, there's a sale happening right now and i wanna buy some of their games so much but i can't. :cry:  it always failed whenever i tried to sign up on their site. Googled it and i should install steam first but my IDM won't allow me to download it and my anti virus keeps saying that it has virus in it.


i wanna buy those games soooooo bad (especially when there are sales going on like this :ahmagah: ). Daaammmnnnn............

Yeah my firewall blocked it too but I just bypassed it. I've never heard of anyone having problems with Steam personally.

should i turn off my anti virus and download it anyways ? and if i want to make an id, should i download the app first ?

It's up to you. I just right clicked the application and clicked the option to bypass the firewall because initially it wouldn't download if I clicked it and was so frustrated because I couldn't figure out why. I wouldn't turn off my anti virus if I were you. Search around a bit first if you're feeling apprehensive. 

 

You don't have to download the application first to make an ID. I made my ID then downloaded it.

hahahha... yeah, i made my steam support id to ask them about this

(but why can i only make this id and not the main steam id...? :cry:)

is IDM internet download manger? like the separate program?

 

you should check if its updated first. then if you still cant, you should disable it and download the steam app from your browser using the default download manager.

 

if these fail then install a fresh firefox and use it to download.

Why would u use IDM? I don't really know it but what I read about it it seems bloatware.

Just create a steam account, download the client and you're good. I never heard anyone having problems with signing up on steam, nor any Antivirus giving a message on the site.

The legendary addition of Skyrim is only $10 which is insane. I bought mine for $40 lol

 

Portal 1 and 2 is like $5 for both

 

Left 4 Dead 2(the best zombie game ever imo) is $4

 

The Stanley Parable is $4.50 (this interesting first person exploitative game where you are guided by this hilarious narrator. The game feels surreal. IDK how to describe it. It's just really great)

 

Limbo is $5 (Fucking creepy side scroller. It's really beautiful, though.) 

A looooot more.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution is $5 too. Just saw that :O

 

You can beat the game in 10 mins but that's just for one scenario. Try to go after the achievements. That'll make it last longer.

 

Over 9000 titles are on sale so if you think of a game it's probably there for cheap(er)

And hmm that could be true, just never been bothered with achievement on steam caused is not worth it (at least from my own opinion) I'm looking though the place. Only seen one I like so far. Thanks you :)

civ 5 is 75% off 80 dollars to 20

shadows of mordor is also 75% off

some new release are 33% off

Already got shadow of mordor and not a fan of civ. Played the previous ones sorry.
