Okay, so I've recently broken up with my boyfriend. You might have noticed by all the topics I posted about it haha. I'm now back to the world of online dating because I want some new dude in my life (Gotta get that regular sex, yo!) I was scrolling through old messages and saw that this really really cute black guy that I started talking to about 8 months ago is still on the site. This guy is super cute he's tall and fit, but into nerdy stuff and I really get down with buff geeks. I checked into all his stuff and he's a legit person, but he's awkward as hell over text. I ignored one of his texts in June because I started dating my ex at that time, so I didn't want any dudes that I was leading on.

Now that I'm single though I want to give it another shot, because my god is he cute.

How would I message him after disappearing for 8 months without seeming like a douche? What would my excuse be? I need this boy in my life asap. Those new pics he posted are amazing.

That's kinda the point of online dating. You find someone and then meet in real life. It's not too different from normal dating.  In fact I'd say it's better because you aren't limited to the people in your city
