Others games may be another thing though I wasn't referring to B&S, just in general. Afaik B&S is one of the few MMO's where they aren't going OTT putting basic stuff behind paywalls. I don't touch tower defense games, so I have no idea how deeply they tend to invest on pay 2 win shop items, but the MMOs that I've played sell cosmetic items, mounts, pets - nothing that's going to give you an edge on actual gameplay. Tons of MMO's sell items that either directly or indirectly are p2w, like assisting items for 100% upgrades etc, but I wasn't even talking about that. I mean stuff like in B&S for example, where they put the wardrobe storage function behind a paywall. Now that is one of the milder examples which i'm personally okay with but many others weren't.
