Jennifer Lopez - The Axis at Planet Hollywood Jan. 20, 22-23, 27, 29-30, 2016 $5,133,990 25,918/25,918 6 / 6 J Lo is averaging $855,665 per show. On the other hand, here are Britney's first boxscores back in 2013 when her residency started. Britney Spears The Axis at Planet Hollywood Dec. 27-28, 30-31, 2013 $2,470,021 17,803/17,803 4/4 Britney was averaging $617,505 per show. Why is J Lo doing better numbers than Britney? Discuss. She is performing in a casino that seats 25,918 people, whilst Britney is playing in one that holds 17,803 people. That's an 8000 difference, would make sense that J-Lo is earning more per show because her show has more people at them, that's 8000 more tickets sold, 8000 more people buying merch at the venue etc. She isn't doing better than Britney, she's just playing to more people per show thus earning her more money. I saw her during the Femme Fatale Tour and even though I had super nosebleed seats, I still enjoyed every second of it.
