Catlixle 4,066
why the company always put "must have min 5 years experience" and "min 25 years old" like what do you expect bro? you think i will start working as a full time when i'm still 20 years old? i dont get their logic, doesnt makes sense at all *crying*

ninedaysqueen 3,134
Ugh this is my least favourite thing. I'm about to get my degree from university and I don't have enough experience for anything. I've applied for a certificate program so I can get some useful skills at least. YNRA 1,082
just apply anyways, ive learned in the past a lot of those "Requirements" for entry level jobs are not really required tbh and a lot of people will not apply for them so they get desperate and hire whoever applies

PromiscuousBunny 3,686
It's such a screwed up system. Won't hire you if you don't have enough experience, won't hire you if you have to much experience. At least with my degree, volunteering is considered experience, so I'm not too worried about experience. I'd suggest putting yourself through any relevant training and stuff. Socialize and network.
