A host of KETC-related updates~

 

On August 11, Bloomy participated in KETC's Open Campus program.

 

Basic summary of what the captions say: The talk was led by Chief Manager Kim Young Tae (a.k.a. the guy they torture in all the V LIVE previews... and pretty much every day LOL). Prospective students (I'm guessing?)  were able to learn about various aspects of the Entertainment major/field and get firsthand accounts from Bloomy's manager and the members themselves.

Bloomy will be holding a "healing concert" to cheer on 3rd year HS students taking the Suneung (Korean SATs) and they're accepting invitations to perform at school festivals~ (Anyone know if the guys in the last pic were members of A6P? If so, it seems like they're back to being trainees...)

 

 

Also, apparently Seoyeon and Jiyun changed their majors from Practical Dance to Practical Music and K-POP Dance, respectively. [NTS: update profiles!]  Pretty cute how their school has Bloomy promoted all over the website! ^^ haha

How come it seems like Yeonji's animal impressions get worse the more she does them on broadcasts? XD I love how they said fans keep telling them not to do stuff, but they dgaf and keep doing them anyway LOL My fave trolls <3 

 

It's great how they got an hour-long show and it was fun for the most part, but the hosts were... pretty mehhh >_< Much prefer the format OBS used with MP3, where the members hosted the show and talked amongst themselves. Way less awkward.

Bloomy's staff said they were going to give away the members' signed intro profiles if the show reached 200K hearts before midnight. It's now at 178K and it's well past midnight, but they'll still probably give them away.

They're always hypercompetitive, but it seems like things got particularly dicey this week (that Yeonji vs. Jiyun argument omg). The PD must've been overwhelmed XD The ending felt like the Olympics with how dramatic it was haha

The date in the picture shows 160912, however, articles about the event were just published today (13). Couldn't completely understand what all the articles said (if anyone can provide a better, more accurate translation please do so! ^^), but the gist seems to be:

 

Hana Financial Group and Ai Sarangae, a charity in support of low-income teenage/single mothers and their children, signed an MOU (memorandum of understanding) for the provision of sanitary pads (and possibly other essentials) for underprivileged women and adolescent girls. Apparently, Bloomy became the ambassadors of this partnership; they are supposedly going to promote/endorse Good Sanitary Pads - Happy Pucca (couldn't find the exact brand/product, but it may be similar to this). Bloomy also performed "Because of You" and "Heunchitbbung" at the ceremony.

 

So awesome! Their yeosachin-dols (girl friend idols) nickname is well-deserved ^^
