According to the recent schedule update, B.A.P's Youngjae is going to introduce Bloomy's "Because of You" MV on KBS Music Bank Stardust's "K-Pop MV Chart 7" on 3/15. Hopefully this means they're getting closer to actually performing on Music Bank and other shows!

The video is low budget but well made, I really like the color. But I don't get that 'exclusive' part, I think rookie group should get as much public exposure as possible. 

Yeah, they should try to be more accessible! But at least DS Ent. is doing a pretty good job with sharing fun content and updating their schedule, regularly ^^ Much better than some other rookie groups' companies... someone please save N*White from J&J Ent T^T

 

 

 

Funnily enough, miracle-nim (he's an avid fan who posts on the fancafe a lot and runs this YT) told me to take down the subbed Jiyun's meokbang video and stop uploading stuff from the fancafe, because it's "exclusive"... or he'd report me on YouTube?! That's why I'm a bit hesitant to sub any official stuff that's not from Bloomy's YouTube/FB, now. I don't want to make all int'l fans look bad by not following the "unwritten rules" >_<

 

It was a fancafe video, so I get it... But come on! It's not like Bloomy have like an "official" fanclub, where you have to pay to join, with generations and stuff. If that were the case, I wouldn't dare mess with taking stuff from the fancafe. But these are just regular From. Bloomy videos???(... which are To Bloomy fans, regardless of where they're from, right? lol) I'm trying to help out other Bloomy fans who don't understand Korean, and help Bloomy gain some more int'l fans. Anyways, Bloomy's performing at Lotte World tonight! They'll probably have a 15-30 min. set, so they might do some covers, in addition to their own songs. So far they've covered Red Velvet/KARA(5)/SISTAR/T-ARA/Girl's Day?.. What do you want to see them perform? ^_^ They haven't done a ballad, yet. I kinda want to see them do 2NE1's "It Hurts", since it's probably one of my fave 4-member girl group ballads.

I'm still not clear about the boundaries between exclusive content and public on yt. It's should be public unless stated otherwise, right? That miracle guy is so messed up. It'd be different if DS Ent themselves contacted you. 

 

Not sure about Bloomy's singing ability so covering a ballad song would be a good indicator. And I want to see them covering boy group's dance too.

I went through the playlists he has on his channel, and he even has a (private) "From. Bloomy" playlist! He's been taking the videos out from the fancafe and re-uploading them for himself. Such a hypocrite LOL

 

I'd like to ask the staff for a concrete answer, but I'm still pretty crappy at actually writing/using Korean... >_< Anyways, I think I'll just set any future "exclusive" videos as unlisted, then? So they're not as "public" and they can't get mad at me for at least trying to keep them on the downlow haha

About performing on The Show

- Geonyoung said she was nervous and felt like they didn't show all they practiced, but it was a good experience.

- Jiyun worked hard at practicing how to act in front of the camera; she said her expressions came out better than she thought

- They made mistakes during rehearsal, so Seoyeon/Yeonji worried a lot about making mistakes during the actual, live show

- All of them had lots of fun!

 

- Seoyeon and Yeonji were asked to explain what kind of flowers they resemble (

); Yeonji: "The more you look at me, the more you'll realize 'Ah! No wonder she's got fatal charms like a blue rose!'" // SHAMELESS AF, AS ALWAYS ♥

- Because "7" is good luck, when their fancafe passes 777 members, they're thinking of holding a fanmeeting! (they have 386 members atm)

- At the end, yeonjisarang-nim said it was her mission to bring the banner, and she's an avid fan (So awesome how Bloomy has ahjumma fans, too! ^^)

They've been really lucky to have constant schedules since they debuted and they're steadily gaining fans. Currently, they have 430+ fancafe members, which is pretty great for rookies who have been active for only 2+ months (Looks like they'll reach the lucky 777 mark and get to hold that fanmeeting, soon!) 

 

Yes! I'm not super qualified to do them, since I'm not fluent in Korean... but I'd like to think I understand enough?? ^^ haha The debut days are really special for rookies, and I know how many people tend to overlook/never start stanning/give up stanning nugu groups if they don't have access to subbed content... so I guess that's kind of been my motivation? It's really rewarding seeing the fandom grow~ I'm hoping as Bloomy become more popular, they'll have their own dedicated, legit subbing team like Mamamoo Trans!.. but in the meantime, y'all have to settle for me, the beta version. I'm sorry keke

It'd be so messed up if they never air the Heroes vs. Minions girl group episodes... the boy group episodes were aired a month ago! Bloomy were so excited to be on the show, too :(

 

Apparently, Dream Team will continue airing until May. Not sure if they're ending the show completely or going to start season 3? Seems like cancellation is most likely, due to poor viewership. Really unfortunate since Dream Team was a good way for rookies and lesser known idols to gain recognition. It's getting harder and harder for nugus to guest on shows, now :(

(Pretty sure the names are unreadable in HD, too lolll)

 

 

 

The 100 minion group members were narrowed down to 10, during the prelims  Those 10 minions then challenged the heroes in 1-on-1 matches. Last minion and last hero competed to be crowned the final winner.

 

In the boy group eps., the prelims were shown in full; in today's ep., they only showed the first round. However, it seemed like the winning minions and the heroes got more screen time during the 1-on-1 matches? I guess the PDs decided to actually reward the winning minions/their groups and the heroes for their good performance, rather than distribute air time between all the guests... Which is most likely why Bloomy were upset that they didn't do well. They had like zero air time... No close-ups, were barely seen in the background a few times :(( Not a surprise when there were so many guests... but the PDs should've given each group a close-up for a few seconds, at least once!
