For some reason, I noticed Mnet really dislike Starship's acts, ever since the end of "No Mercy". Did starship decline an offer or something? 

 

I actually think Mnet adores starship artists, they have a lot of activities in mnet lately, but in these kind of stuff they are more like a sacrificial goats or something. I mean we all know what most of the Starship artists have in common is their strong personalities, and they've been caught up in different controversies regarding that. So it's like Mnet knew that it's not something new to show an image of someone from starship like that. That's my view about.

Lol it's such a cute girly thing to do to braid each other's hair.lolol. We won't eat you lolol my best friend adores don't matter and she isn't even interested in Kpop.(personally 24hours has been stuck in my head I can see it joining pick me up as my house jams while I keep Yeunjung ITSP and ITNW as my karaoke songs lol I like attempting the notes my formal vocal coach would be pissed lol.) I super like ITSP performance version mostly because I love hearing the crowd shout encore and know it was for a performance Yeunjung and chaekyung did together.

 

I think that's another reason why I like ISTP besides Yeunjung, the crowds T.T... I love to see them recognizing Yeunjung

Just watched Produce 101 ep 9 because I couldn't wait for the subs to come out TT and I cried too... This was probably really important for our Yeunjung since she was really crying   We know from the past episodes that she isn't someone who is good at showing emotions unless cornered but in this episode she really cried.     Yeunjung please debut

Agreed with all your point. I just cannot believe people say she should not be in the top 11 because she is younger and give the chance to Sira? Are you serious? If you want to use age as an argument why not drop Somi who is way younger. Bias fans    

 

That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard tbh... All of them just find things to hate on. I still see these people trying to use episode 6 on her and act as if she's been like that since the start. I just realized this after watching episode 8 that Yeunjung isn't someone who could express her inner emotions well (like in ITNW) so she must have been really frustrated during episode 6. I don't think just not getting the main vocal could make her act like that, even if there's nothing wrong about it. So there' must be something more that mnet didn't show.

I think you forgot Monsta X and the other half of No Mercy boys (a starship fan friend told me they were set to debut too?), Starship has been growing quickly, they probably have a lot of trainees and have not yet developed a fast turnover like JYP did. The reason why so many idols went through JYP is because JYP accepts a lot of trainees but they don't stay that long... I think Starship will be a bit like DSP and use their success to release more groups, hopefully that will work out better than it did for DSP...

 

I don't think the other half of No Mercy debuting is valid.  Most already changed agencies    As of now, the one with a sure place in starship is #Gun. I think they are gonna do something with him after smtm5

 

(I've been to the mountains for two days camping so I just knew of the results and the perf.)

 

Before anything else, GUYS GROUP HUG. This win is not just important for Yeunjung and the group but also for us. We were praying for this win and it just happened. I literally cried when I saw Yeunjung cried. Why? Because I've been defending her on YouTube, Twitter and Facebook and I really felt some of the burden of Yeunjung who has to bear with all the criticisms thrown to her. I felt something finally has shone. They may continue criticizing her but I will always, WE will always be right here for her. She's outstanding for her age and no matter what they'll say, TALENT will always win. I am just so proud of her. Really proud that I am crying while writing this. I will always be a proud fan.

If we really think about it, Chaekyung's big rise probably because of the 22 000 votes they got. So there's high chance that it may be true

That and trainees who do get into JYPE can be pretty random... I can't imagine a company not wanting Yeunjung unless they already have a killer main vocal, but main vocals seem to be the hardest to find...

Yeunjung placed 10th today however if you take out the benefit from the 22k votes she would have placed 14. so its looking like interest in her has dropped even in her group Hyeri and chaekyung placed higher and she's not in the top never views anymore.

 

now it's looking like it might be a one vs one competition however the girls got to choose who to remove to compete with in the category and it's now sejong vs yeunjung.( I almost wish sejong would have left it as yeunjung vs nayoung because that might be easier). We're not too sure if it's really a versus but they are in different groups and both at main vocal positions.There's also going to be a guerilla concert in the next few hours.

 

 

And right now some are thinking that it'll be Yeunjung who'll get eliminated and won't make it through. 

 

My worst nightmare became true    I kind of guessed Mnet would pull something like this at the end. Really hoping that slim chance of her debuting will became true too T.T Is the next challenge a group battle again??

Yup mnet are messing with her chance. That's the thing we're not sure but they are split into two teams of 11 and one team has Yoojung,Somi and sejong.Yeunjung is on the other team so you know how low chances are already. Plus they were picking for positions Sira picked it then Yeunjung removed her and at first she was up against Kim Nayoung but sejong removed Nayoung so now it's two of them in the same position in two different groups. I'm hoping it's not 1vs 1 because it's live voting next week and I have no idea how they would regulate that.

 

 

Hopefully at the concert in the next 10 mins she amazes and captivates people and they vote for her more.

 

I hope so too... that benefit is really good... I really hope she could pull off something like her performance of Fate and Don't go today. 

 

The last episode is going to be so intense. I think that which ever way mnet decides the voting is going to work will be the decider of who gets into the group.

 

Either way I hope Yeunjung leaves starship unless they are planning on debuting a new girl group within the next year or so.

 

If Starship is smart, I don't think they'll let go of Yeunjung, The best for her is debut in a known company. She wasn't able to pass JYP auditions and then she left SM ent. I also don't think she's fit to be in YG (also don't know when he will debut his new group)... Cube is messy right now and all... The con for Starship is the next group will probably be expected to debut in 2-4 years from now,

What I've notice from starship is they tend to lean on public recognition instead of huge loyal fanbases. Look at sistar, they are a huge group killing the digital charts every time but they don't have a huge fan base that can give them impressive physical sales. And as time pass, starship tends to promote tem individually (which they are good at doing) they do earn fans because of this but mostly casual fans. If Yeunjung tries to re audition in JYP, it would also take years for another group to debut and I'm seeing that he will debut a boy group next.

Just realized something. The reason why Yeunjung was sent to Produce 101. This is just a theory so don't take it too seriously :D

So we all know Yeunjung was an SM ent trainee before coming to starship. It was also said that she was in the red velvet line up but didn't make the cut. So I'm guessing she left SM because of this since she also know that SM won't be debuting another group for a while seeing that NCT will come out too. If we see her trainee period in Starship, it started near the time Red Velet debuted. So I thought about this, sending her to produce 101 was somehow a way to keep her in the company. They probably know that Yeunjung is important to them(just being accepted as an SM trainee especially if her visual is not fit for their Korean standards or whatever they call it, is already a big thing) So since Yeunjung didn't make it to WJSN(which was also said that she was in the line up) they sent her to produce 101.

 

Now I know there are some theories why she wasn't able to be in wjsn. Like for the most popular one, she audition in Produce101 first before wjsn debuted. But starship was already promoting Exy so it's a huge chance that wjsn line up is already completed during unpretty days. Or why didn't do something like Eunbin of clc? Just add her later on.

 

I kind of just thought about this when I saw that there are starship trainees that are as skillfull and has longer trainee periods. So why Yeunjug with only a year an a month?

you don't have to use vpn... 1 ip address can vote using 10 accounts but use incognito mode or clear your history

i mean it's never been confirmed about the multiple accounts 1 ip address thing but you can never be too sure or too safe with mnet am i right?

so yea i would advise that best is to vote each vote on a new incognito window to be safe!!!

It's confirmed that you can vote 10 accounts per IP address We do that in MAMA awards for SHINee lol (Mass voting) but yup it won't hurt to be safe... After 10 accounts, mnet will give you a message that you can't vote anymore in your IP address
