'WIN' has finally come to an end!  Congratulations to Team A for becoming the amazing 'WINNER's of the competition. However, when there is a winning team, there is always the losing team and heartbroken fans are now wondering in agony what is going to happen to their beloved Team B?

Well, before the final round of 'WIN' took place, YG Entertainment chief Yang Hyun Suk addressed the question that has been on everyone's mind.

On October 25th, he appeared at a press conference and said, "In the mean time, I had made a promise to the public using words such as delay, postponement, and--in the worst-case scenario--dissolution in relation to the losing team . . . No matter what, I need to protect that promise."

However, he elaborated, "There appears to be a lot of people who think the losing team will be leaving YG, but the losing team will stay in YG to train more with the possibility of replacing or retaining members . . . I can't say for sure today . . . I think I'm going to have to think about it once more after it's finished."

To further ease fans' hearts, Yang Hyun Suk revealed, "I thought about whether I planned a cruel program in vain . . . However, I will not easily kick the losing team out of YG or make their lives frustrating."

So while there is a possibility the members might change, there is also the possibility that Team B might debut after all sometime in the future!

Team B and their fans will definitely hold you to that, Yang Hyun Suk!  Meanwhile, congratulations once again to Team A on their accomplishment.

yep, i already knew he would never kick them out, like seriously look how much he has promoted these boys, even in Japan, plus B.I and Bobby are way too talented to let go, the other three may need some more training and they'll be fine, they did improve a lot within 10 weeks.

He should have said this sooner though, so there would have been less fan wars lol

Of course. I don't see YG kicking BI or Bobby. Unless something happens.. who knows

It's predictable that they're gonna debut them tbh, the question is; when exactly it would happen.

Probably 2040. That is if they rush their debut.

everyone knew this already. they're gonna have the same fate the other trainees that don't get picked have - either stay in the company and train for a couple of years or get kicked out (and believe me, some of them will). so i don't understand how this is comforting for team b's fans in any way lol.

Team B fans have a long time to wait before the boys debut because now that Team A are going to debut and YG is bringing out the girl group, who knows when he will decide on bringing out ANOTHER boy group.

I really doubt he'll keep B.I locked up for that long. I smell a solo from him soon.

It was completely obvious that "His Royal Majesty Troll King YG" had no intention of just 'doing away' with the losing team. He was just spouting fanciful nonsense to increase ratings and interest in the trainees.

Regardless, congrats to the winning team. I just hope they make their official debut before the birth of my first grandchild.
