Why the hell does it go from 11:59 AM to 12:00 PM? Why can't PM and AM just start with 1:00?

Our fucking alphabet, why do we have silent letters? "Neumonia" would work perfectly fine, what's the purpose of the 'p'?

Why do we skip the letter E on the grading scale? Why?

Why is college so expensive? What the heck Jesus

1.PM stands for Post Meridiem, which is Latin for after midday.

2.  Silent letters isn't only an English thing.

3. We don't skip the E here in Australia.  It goes A, B, C, D and E here.

for your first point, yes its true, but it can still start with 1 instead of 12, you know?

for the other two... sure, i dont mean to specify isolated or non-isolated

as and a2 as in A levels.. grade in terms of E too.. F = fail n u have no choice but to drop.. but there is still A,B,C,D,E

oh, well thats fine i dont mean to specify isolated or non-isolated, in america we don't use E at all.

My spanish teacher always say it's so easy to make mistakes in English and that there are things that don't make sense like how different letters are pronounced in words, but they have no accents. That's why I'm glad I'm more proficient in English than in Spanish even though it was my 1st language lol

Where is it written as that? I thought all English-speaking countries wrote it as day/month/year. :omg:

In the U.S. we write it as month/day/year.

Colleges/universities are getting extremely expensive. Tuition alone (private college) is around $40,000 to $60,000 USD a year.
