He has a number of staff members under his studio. You can see if you go through the translations of the handbook that little secretary provided. The staff member that you mentioned specifically is also a part of his team, but there is another staff member who is most commonly known as "the little secretary". I don't know for sure though. The studio's posts are updated under the name of little secretary but we can never tell for sure.
