And the attention to detail you placed in the symmetrical center design is very amazing!

But yknow, everyone has different art styles and what they're good drawing at..maybe you just aren't used to drawing portraits of people, but I'm sure you'll get better if you keep practicing

Yes, that part was so difficult and I didn't use compass (drawing tool) so it's not easy. I hope I can improve it

To freehand smth and have it look as neat as what you did takes a lot of skill

 

And yknow, all great artists have been thru where you are at right now, there's nothing to be embarrassed about really.

I'm no art expert, but I feel the portraits you already drew captures the idol's essence and feel for them (for a lack of better them) and to be completely honest, there is honestly not much to improve upon from what you're already doing

Whenever you find yourself in a predicament and you're doing something similar to what others might be doing, think of it more as inspiration. Rather than comparing your art to theirs and you feeling their art is better, maybe try to analyze what you might want to improve on to make yours look as how you want it to.

I love dreamcatcher! I am no expert at portrait sketching but I think you are actually good with more practice. I know which is which without you actually written down who.

 

I always end up with ten different versions of portrait of the same people lmao its so bad and never look the same as what I intended.

You know... I have a lot Myungsoo's sketch but I only choose that one because the rest didn't look like him. I'll try harder next time.

But one thing is for sure... you just need a heck load of practice. What I did in the past was literally copy and paste an actual image. While tracing the lines and shade, I studied where it bends and where it darkens etc. You'll eventually get it
