D8 - S.O.L.O (2015) - copy

Super Junior-M - S.O.L.O (2011) - original

This guy here that claim that is an rapper (that rapper dont have anything in fact) and an artist basically has plagiarized a song of Super Junior-M´s S.O.L.O (ost from taiwanese drama´s skip beat)

(the guy didn't even had the originality of changing the title and part of lyrics are almost an translation of the original song)

Apparently it's not even the first time because he has a long list of accusations of plagiarism (for those that can read in portuguese here)

Quote from the site above: "Controversy, is at least ironic, since the former Factor X´s contestant had been praised by the jurys for his alleged originality".

Kinda disgusting of my country because don't do anything and continue to condoning this (for those that can read in portuguese here)

Irony is that about a month ago Portuguese media made a scandal because an Norwegian singer (i think) has plagiarized a Portuguese group, called D.A.M.A. but no one in portuguese media make a scandal because of this like this (like i said it not just one case but several accusation to this guy and probably the artists that he plagiarized don't even know of it). When ours products are plagiarized it is a big scandal but when it's our country that plagiarize everyone gets quiet and pretend that didn't happen

I confess that I barely see TV (besides news) so I don´t know almost nothing about Portuguese artists and much less about my country music talent shows (in this case

or whatever it was what he participated) so despite already be a bit old (it´s from last year i believe) I just discovered this now.

i didn’t saw any news about the case at least in any portuguese community of kpop so maybe that is why.

I hope that S.M. Entertainment (or then Label SJ) process this guy. If you can please denounce him to SM (either on facebook official account, twitter and youtube) in case if they dont know about it

Is it possible that maybe he bought the song from the same writer? ._.

If it was just an case i could totally agreed with you but like i said he had lots of accusations of plagiarism (either of international artists and believe me or not either of national artists. it's insane) and i believe that in one of his videos where he talk about his album, he basically claim that he wrote the song (he didn't said exactly that he compose it but since he use almost an translation of the original lyrics, i guess that also can count as plagiarism)
i dont find any info on internet. It could be more easy check the album but i will not be crazy enough to buy his album just to check and I dont know of someone that have his album

So many Portuguese people in this thread, had no idea there were so many...

And as Portuguese, who is D8? Never heard of him...  :derp:  :derp:

i hope you dont bother if i write this in portuguese. Is more easy to me

(it´s okay if people buy the song mas plagio it´s a big no. Eu ficaria muito irritada se SJ fizesse alguma coisa semelhante. espero que nunca façam)

Yet another Suju song getting plagerized... Bonamana was found to have been too less than two months ago, jeez.

Each year 2 or more Suju songs are involved in these types of things, urgh. Give it a break!

I hope SM and/or Label SJ takes action against these ppl who make money off their songs.
