In general a dude cheating is not celebrated, he usually would get a bad rep the same way a woman would.  Just take a look at celebrities who were caught cheating like Ben Affleck he got shit on pretty hard.  This is one of those things imo where men and women get bad rep for pretty equally in the west at least.
