Is the lady, lady, baby, baby part a Chanmi part or all of them are singing it? I saw a lyrics video where they said it was just Chanmi's

That part sounds like it is mostly Yuna but it could be Yuna backed by Chanmi and Hyejeong 

But the voice is mostly Yuna.

I think this might be one of those instances were Yuna is singing but someone else is mouthing over her voice during performances.

Usually that is Seolhyun this time it looks like it is Chanmi.
