Wash my face, Caudalié Beauty Elixir (basically a mist that leaves a fresh sensation on the skin), serum, eye cream, moisturizer and sunscreen. I also use face masks sporadically.

1. Wash my face with just water and a facecloth (unless I'm wearing makeup, which is rarely--then I use my sample Clean It Zero product from banila co.)

2. Toner

3. Essence/serum

4. (sometimes) face mask

5. either cream/lotion (day) or a sleeping mask (night)

AM Daily Work Schedule version

Gentle scrub in the shower

Sunscreen right out of the shower

Mineral make-up with more SPF

Blush

Lip balm (colorless or tinted)

PM

Oil cleanser

(If I'm feeling fancy I'll double cleanse with cream cleanser)

Then one of these or neither, but not both:

1) Toner-if I'm feeling dirty or particularly oily

2) Essence-if I'm feeling fancy

Eye cream-if I remember

Serum-if I'm feeling fancy

Night cream

Clear lip balm

Odd Days

I'm more prone to using face/nose strips than face masks.

If I use a mask it tends to be sleeping mask.

I tend to be lazy about wearing contacts most days so masks disable me.

I'm shocked by the irregular use of sunscreen by others. Sun damage is real, yo.

It is more important to prevent than repair because most repairs in life are not 100% restorative. This also goes for sports injuries and lifestyle diseases (like obesity and diabetes type two).
